Kuwayaki pork donburi

I made this recipe for dinner. Really good and really simple! I used corn starch instead of potato starch (just because I didn't have any), used minced ginger instead of ginger juice and omitted the shiso leaves.

I bought some purple hair dye from Sally's Beauty Supply today. Going to attempt to dye my tips!
