A few of my goals for 2013:
♡ get my driver's license (23 without a license, it's true!).
♡ more cycling, more dancing.
♡ revise printed design portfolio, send to studios.
♡ devise master plan to move to europe.
These are just a few!
For new years eve I am going to the mountain with some friends to snowboard until midnight! There's going to be fireworks! Honestly I am terrible at snowboarding but I always want to keep trying.

Those sound like really cool goals, I hope you achieve them all :) I can't drive either, and have no plans to learn in the immediate future :p

Best of luck getting your license!
I was the same way, got my license right before I turned 23. I kept saying I'll get it before I'm 20, 21, 22. You just have to take the leap and get it done. I was terrified. I have horrible test anxiety and it never seemed like the right time. You just need that push.
