diy rilakkuma inarizushi

I made a bunch of these little guys for a friend's potluck yesterday:


They look a little more time than I'd like to admit (haha), but they were really well received! Inspiration from this adorable blog. I was too lazy to cut out the nori mouth pieces. :P

I used a sheet of egg white omelete for the snout, cheese for the ears and nori for the rest. Wish I would have used white cheese for the snout, it would have been way easier to cut! It's also handy to have a hole punch for the eyes and nose. The insides of the inari contain a mix of rice and edamame.

Try it for your next potluck or bento! :)
