tried and true recipes pt 2

Happy 5th of May!

Yesterday I prepared these margarita ice pops and froze them overnight. They were easy (minus squeezing the lemons and limes, haha) and turned out really well. Be careful, they melt quickly! Eat them over a cup and sip the extra. ;-) 

For lunch, my boyfriend asked me to make crispy coconut chicken fingers. I definitely recommend this recipe. They are really good dipped in mae ploy sweet chili sauce or ketchup.

Tonight I'm going to a friend's birthday dinner at a Japanese restaurant called Yuzu - I've heard good things about it but have never been! Excited!
